Selmar Group was formed in January of 2018. As a team, Tristan and Chris have pooled their knowledge to combine the marketing systems and procedures to maximize profits, while providing the best client experience possible. Selmar Group’s “team approach” allows each individual in the team to focus on what they do best. As a Real Estate investor since a young age, Tristan Pelletier brings a strategic and passionate approach to Real Estate.
Customer satisfaction is Tristan’s number one goal and he prides himself on his professionalism and ethical service, working diligently on behalf of his customers to ensure that all real estate transactions are transparent, efficient, and profitable.
Tristan is a military veteran who grew up in a military family and has moved multiple times. He understands the buying, selling, and transition process inside out.

Chris, passionate about the world of real estate, has studied in the field since 2012. Before his career as a sales specialist, he worked with some of the biggest builders in the city as a carpenter.
Having built many homes from the ground up, he has extensive knowledge on building codes and costs – helping him better assist his clients.
Chris was born in the Ottawa downtown area and raised in Orléans where he studied in both official languages.
Having been mentored by world-class sales coaches, Chris has achieved great success in his real estate career with RE/MAX. Continuing education and training is an integral part of Chris’ success. Chris has become an expert in marketing and negotiating – his growing network of referral partners and repeat business can attest to that.

With 10 years combined experience in Real Estate Law and as a Real Estate investor herself, Molly uses her knowledge and skills to ensure her clients are confident with one of the biggest purchases they could make.

Tony Nguyen

Born and raised in Ottawa himself, Tony’s family moved frequently when he was young as they tried to navigate a new life in a new country. One of his earliest memories was when his family moved into their own home! He remembers fondly the joy his parents had felt once the deal had closed, sparking an early interest in the Real Estate industry.
With nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, a few of which as a manager, Tony brings both client care and customer service to Real Estate. Tony prides himself on providing a smooth process with the utmost care, keeping his client’s best interests as his top priority. With professionalism and foresight, Tony ensures that all his client’s needs are met beyond their expectations.
Kalina Boettcher
Office Administrator
Kalina is the Office Administrator for Selmar Real Estate Group.
Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Kalina is familiar with the city and its surrounding areas.
With a combined 12 years of experience as a restaurant manager and an office administrator Kalina brings both customer service and client care to Real Estate. Highly organized and socially confident, she can keep the office running smoothly which enables the sales agents to perform efficiently.
